SUNDERASEN PADAYACHEE - MANAGING MEMBER
Paddy is the founder member of Cool Leaders. He is responsible for all financial, marketing, bulk purchasing, procurement and other core business activities of the company.
CHAN REDDY - OPERATIONS MANAGER
Chan is also a founder member of Cool Leaders. He is responsible for all operations related matters. Apart from this he oversees all projects, tenders and contract work. Chan is a fully qualified refrigeration mechanic with more than 20 years experience.
SINTHA REDDY - ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
Sintha joined Cool Leaders at its inception in September 1997. Her portfolio includes accounts, salaries, human resources and book keeping. Sintha has 15 years experience in the accounting field.
MOSES MANGANYELLA - BRANCH MANAGER STANGER
Moses joined Cool Leaders as an assistant when the company opened in 1997. He had in house and external training and he is now a competent technician and holds the position of branch manager. His portfolio includes work planning, workshop and safety responsibility at the Stanger branch.
ROSANNE GOMEZ - BRANCH MANAGER DURBAN
Rosanne joined Cool Leaders as a receptionist and now holds the position of branch manager. Her portfolio includes work planning, quotations, customer services and management of the Durban branch.
OUR AFFILIATIONS
The members of Cool Leaders are members of SAIRAC (South African Institute of Refrigeration and Air-conditioning). Cool Leaders is affiliated to the Durban Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the KZN Master Builders and Allied Industries Association and MERSETA. Cool Leaders is also an ISO9001/2000 quality assured firm and is registered with the Metal and Engineering Industries Bargaining Council. Apart from this the members are committed to all government initiatives to empower previously disadvantaged individuals and in doing so are registered with CIDB(5me) and are a level 2 BEE contributor.
